Naperville Municipal Band invited to perform at Texas Bandmasters Association convention San Antonio 2015!

 

At the July 17 Naperville Municipal Band concert in Central Park, guest conductor and President of the Texas Bandmasters Association, Bruce Beach invited Ron Keller and the NMB to perform at the TBA convention in San Antonio, July 2015. Band directors from all over the state of Texas attend this convention to recharge their batteries by attending clinics and meeting with vendors and music dealers before the school year begins.

 

The convention features  performances by a select number of concert bands. Over the years, many of these bands are community bands from Texas along with military bands from as far away as Washington, D.C. The NMB is honored to accept this invitation to perform in San Antonio! We look forward to sharing what we do every Thursday evening in Naperville's Central Park with the band directors and their families in the State of Texas!
